Coma Black Lyrics

[ a) EDEN EYE ]

My mouth was a crib and it was growing lies
I didn't know what love was on that day
my heart's a tiny bloodclot
I picked at it
it never heals it never goes away

I burned all the good things in The Eden Eye
we were too dumb to run too dead to die

This was never my world
you took the angel away
I'd kill myself to make everybody pay

This was never my world
you took the angel away
I'd kill myself to make everybody pay

I would have told her then
she was the only thing
that I could love in this dying world
but the simple word "love" itself
already died and went away

This was never my world
you took the angel away
I'd kill myself to make everybody pay

This was never my world
you took the angel away
I'd kill myself to make everybody pay

I burned all the good things in The Eden Eye
we were too dumb to run too dead to die

[ b) APPLE OF DISCORD ]

Her heart's bloodstained egg
we didn't handle with care
it's broken and bleeding
and we can never repair

Pretty good song by Marilyn Manson...
Feeling kinda shitty right now and this song kinda sums up how i'm feeling. Well, think i'll most probably revert back to listening to songs you people would disapprove of after staying 'clean' for so long.

My heart is always 'black'... That's why i called myself 'blackheart'...
Devoided of feelings; a sense of nothingness...

Coconut Juice!

Yeah! Bought 2 cans of coconut juice to drink.

I'm feeling rather 'heaty' and i think some coconut juice can 'cool' me down. But too bad i can only find canned coconut juice instead of the 'real' coconut juice. Anyway, hope it does the effect of cooling me down. (Coconut juice 'cools' right???)

Man... I can't wait for it to be chilled proper before drinking it.

But there's a problem it seems... I apparently bought these cans in a rush...
Looks like i'll have to forgo the chance of drinking them...

Reason?

Not that they're expired or what; I forgot to bring over a can opener when i came over to Sydney.
Damn...

Grrr...

I think i'll be putting this up as my post...

21 year old Chinese Male
Looking for someone whom
he can spend time with.
Quiet and soft-spoken; hobbies
include reading, playing sports,
shopping and cars. Hopes to meet
someone sincere enough to be
his friend. Currently in Sydney
pursuing a degree in Aerospace
Engineering in UNSW. He's
terribly bored out of his wits
by the way...

Grr...
I'm bored. It's a saturday and there's nothing i can do to kill time.
Why am i in such a predicament???
Grr...
Who's to blame???

......................................................

Me.
I'm the one solely responsible.
Reason???
Because i'm so stupid, i had to fly all the way here to Sydney to study, when i could have done it in Singapore.
Gr..
Ya... Singapore; a place where i grew up in for the past 21 years. A place where my close friends are. A place i call home.
(Aww... A patriotic Singaporean..)
Let me rephrase that:
A place i call home; minus the National Service.
Grr...
A saturday wasted just like that.
Grr...
Tomorrow's a sunday, and i don't know what to do...
Another day's gonna be gone just like that...
Grr...
As quoted: " S.S.D.D... " from a James Patterson novel i read years ago...
What's the meaning???
" Same Shit, Different Day.. "
But for me... I would change it to:
" S.S.E.D " --> " Same Shit, EveryDay "
Grr...

I'm bored...

Ramblings

Pimples...

I hate pimples...

Now i've got 'Mount Fuji' "growing" on the left side of my face and i don't like it at all. Stupid pimple. If only there's such a thing as magic in this word. With a snap of my fingers...

"Poof!"

Sayonara Sucker!!!

But it's not meant to be...

Sigh...

........................................................

Tests...

I hate tests...

Week in, week out, there's gonna be one day that has a test on it. Couldn't it wait? I've just started uni after nearly 3 years. I need more time...

Please, can you give me more time??

Please?? Pretty please with a smile??

Couldn't the tests be abit later???

Sigh...

........................................................

National Service...

I hate National Service...

Marching, shooting, lobbing a grenade. That's only in BMT, mind you.

3 months of BMT and nearly 2 years of being a transport supervisor. Now my head's full of vehicles and servicing.

Get it out of my head please???

Please???

Sigh...

........................................................

Hot weather...

I hate hot weather...

Hot and sticky from all the pespiration. Who would like it at all??? Nasty experiences from hot weather warns me to stay away from it whenever possible.

Never would i be put on intravenous dripping again, i promise myself.

Who likes being put on drip??

Who? May I ask???

Sigh...

4 DAYS...

Warm water...

I need some warm water...

Give me some warm water...

I SAID GIVE ME SOME WARM WATER!

.........................................................

4 days

Can you imagine it?

4 days...

It's been 4 days since my water heater broke down.

In normal circumstances, i wouldn't give a damn if my water heater were to spoil. I don't mind bathing in cold water.

But wait...

The situation has changed...

I'm now in Australia, Sydney to be exact...

And now it's in the middle of winter...

!!!

"Houston, we have a problem"

I need my water heater! I NEED MY WATER HEATER!!!
SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING!!!

.............................................................

4 days.

Can you imagine bathing in cold water for 4 days?

Your feet and hands getting numbed from contact with that freezing water. Your body shuddering while you try soaping yourself. Not to mention getting a brain-freeze just trying to wash your head.

.............................................................

4 days...

That's the number of days i had to bathe in cold water.

I wonder...

In medieval times, do they bathe in cold water too???

Sigh...

Stupid things/happenings

Stupid things you can do / have happen to you during winter

1) Drink cold water

2) Eat ice cream

3) Open the window

4) Bath in cold water late at night

5) Wear shorts, T-shirts, slippers and wander out into the streets

6) Walk about bare footed on non carpeted floor

7) Use a flimsy piece of cloth as a blanket

8) Sleep under the window when it's opened

9) Sleep half naked

10) Spoil the only heater in the room

11) Have the water heater die on you

.................................................................

What a winter this is becoming... First, the portable heater short-circuited when i accidentally dropped it on the floor. Now the water heater gave up on me.

OMG!!!

I mean: OMG!!!!!!

I'm fine with the heater shorting out; i can take the cold. But the water heater shorting out too?!? You've gotta be kidding. That's my life line in this winter... Where can i get my source of warmth from??? Most importantly... How do i bath if the water temperature is sub 10 degrees? (I'm no Iceman)

Stupid heater shorted out on thursday; now's friday, coming saturday. Nearly 3 days! OMG!

'Eww..' These are the thought's i would imagine coming from those who think i didn't bath for the couple of days.

Well, what i can say is...

You're wrong.

I've been bathing for the past few days that the water heater shorted out...
Now i can add this to my resumé: 'Ability to bath in freezing cold water in winter'

How'bout that? Cool eh?

Think you can do it??? (I think i nearly suffered from hypothemia when i did that, lol) Trust me, it wasn't a very pleasant experience at all. For those who think they're 'macho' enough to do it, here's what you can do. Bath in an air-conditioned room of around 14 degrees, using water that has been chilled from the fridge. That'll be 'similar' to the conditions i went through.
(Disclaimer: only people from equatorial countries can participate)

Anyway here's something of a checklist. (Quite nonsensical.. Please don't believe in it)

SIGNS THAT YOUR BODY FUNCTIONS ARE GOING WRONG:

1) Coldness has a burning effect on your body

2) You wash your hands under freezing water and think "it's warm???"

3) Your skin starts to age noticeably / get rougher

4) You get cuts without knowing when or how it got there

5) Your hands and legs feel "swollen and numb"

Hehe.. A small list, it may or may not be true.
Anyway, hope you all have a good weekend

Happy Birthday Singapore!!!

Yup,

Today's a very special day for all Singaporeans, it's Singapore's Birthday! She's 40 years old now, and still going as strong as ever. Too bad i'm not here at the moment to share the joyous ocassion with everyone of you.

Come to think of it, it's the first time ever that i'm out of the country on her birthday. Hmm.. Most pobably for the next 3 years too...

Well, what i can say is, for some of you who are in Singapore now, you'll think National Day as nothing much other than a public holiday. There seems to be not much significance to it since it's being celebrated everywhere. I used to be like that too. But now, celebrating National Day while being out of the country takes a whole new meeaning altogether. You won't feel the ambience in other countries; You won't have a chance to see the celebrations; You won't have a chance to be proud that it's her fortieth birthday and it had been such a long journey she had taken from the past to the present. (Of course you won't experience the public holiday too, lol) All you can is sit back and watch in a foreign land as the nation celebrates her birthday.

Well, I used to take National Day for granted because year in, year out, we've been celebrating it. Now that i'm in a foreign land, i've definitely appreciate what Singapore has gone through to be what she symbolises today...

Hurray! It's the end of the week!

Well, as you know it, it's the end of the week! I'm truly grateful for this 2 days of peace... Time freed up to do some catching up.

It has been a tough week for me i can say. The pace of work is really fast and i just managed to keep up with most of the modules without falling behind. ( I'm lucky as they're doing abit of revisions too) But sad to say, one of the modules i totally couldn't keep up is 'Mechanics'. It's making me befuddled and i could understand only around 50% of what the Professor is saying. It's really not difficult at all if you had done the basic 'Mechanics', but i didn't. Instead, all July intake students are plunged into two modules of 'Mechanics' Yup, the basic and the advanced ones. Hopefull as time goes by, i'll gradually understand it, for this is only the second week of studies.

" I shall perservere! "

Anyway, referring to Rj, you said your course has only some women inside, well, guess how many does mine have??? Haha, for your info, the July intake, my faculty (School of mechanical and manufacturing engineering) has only 30 plus students. You can count on one hand how many girls are there... lol... But elsewhere, it's totally different story. (Maybe i should have enrolled in other subjects instead??) So be grateful with what was given to you, haha.

School's starting soon for those that have not started yet... My advice ' Better start going through what you have learnt or look up for materials relevant to the course you're doing. It never hurts and in fact, might prove beneficial in the long term'

That's all for now
