Flies

Note: Crude languages ahead

Fuck!!!

The one thing that bothers the hell out of me now are the flies. (Heat is another problem, another time) They're abso-fuckling-lutely irritating.

When do you see flies in Singapore hover around you, crawl on your face, and keep coming back for more even after you've tried swiping them away.

When???

YOU DON'T!!! Unless you don't bath for dunno how many God forsaken years and you have pieces of rotten meat hanging around you!

Fucking flies... And i think the problem's gonna worsen during summer. Damnit!!! No wonder they have summer breaks, it must be to take refuge from the hoards of flies that appear during summer.

And i'm stuck here! Stuck here because i have to do summer classes! Damnit!!!

After pondering for so long, i've thought of some ways in killing them flies...

Hexes:
If my hexes are powerful enough to kill, i'll make sure all flies in Australia drop dead in an instant. Then the problem would be solved. No more irritants!!! Woohoo!!! But it ain't gonna come true. Fuck...

Solar Flare:
Hmm... Wondering if there's gonna be any solar flare coming up. Hopefully if it happens, the massive dose of radiation would cook the little innards of all these fucking flies. But we'll most probably die from radiation sickness...

Swallows:
Mass import swallows into Australia. They'll definitely have a field day eating all those flies. We'll benefit too, as we can eat bird's nest. But i definitely won't. Imagine eating a bird's vomit. Vomit that contains traces of flies that it had regurgitated... Urgh... Fucking disgusting.

Shirt:
Invent a shirt that would sent a puff of insecticide ont the flies whenever they land on me. Definite killer for the flies. And for me too... Insecticide poisioning... Damned..

Frogs/Lizards:
Rear frogs and lizards and let them sit on my shoulders. They'll eat whichever flies that fly too near. Wahaha. Ingenious. And i'll look like some fucking idiot for having frogs and lizards on my shoulders.

Electricity:
Charge myself up with massive doses of static electricity. Zap whichever thing that touches me. Including my friends...

Burn in hell, all you fucking flies...
Burn for making me so fucking irritated...

Australian International Car Show

Hmm.. A late post..
Went to the Australian International Car Show last tuesday. Took alot of pictures, but here's some cars that i think are cool and i feel you should take a look at.

First up, it's the Alfa Romeo Brera. Sleek and elegant, i think it looks very cool...

Next is the the Maybach Exelero. A powerful car, and i mean it. Too bad it won't be on the production lines at all. Kinda look like what Punisher would drive cos the front matches his skull logo... lol

Aston Martin Vantage!!! My favourite car brand. Classy, very classy. In my opinion, Aston Martin is the only car brand that exludes the sense of class. A real Gentleman's car.

Toyota Corolla Rally version. First and forthmost, you don't get to see the hatchback version of the Corolla in Singapore at all. Let alone one with rally specs. Nice.

Mitsubishi Evolution IX. A rally bred car. And it's on sale in Australia! Now i won't be see just the WRXes or the STIs... Here's a car to join in the AWD fray...

The new 2.5l Subaru WRX STI... It looks better than the previous model in my opinion. And it's definitely much much better than the 'bug-eyed' version. I sat in the car and tried the gear changes. Marvellous, i'd say. Gear changing is smooth, very smooth. If only i could try EVO IX's...

FORTWO! Now here's a car you'll get to see if you're very very lucky in Singapre. And i saw one of it. Haha. Very small, don't you think? But it's very frugal on petrol. Only around 4litres per 100km travelled. If it were sold in Singapore proper, i think alot of people would buy it.

Mercedes CLK 280! Nothing seems to be out of norm from the front view... But look at the side. Very nice, in my opinion. There's no 'middle bar' at all! Unrestricted view for the passenger and the driver. No worries about blindspots at all! lol

In case you still don't know, i absolutely love cars. lol
If i have the money, i'll definitely start car collection as a hobby... But of course if i'm one, i'd be a very specific car lover... But too bad i'm not rich...
Hmmm...
Anyone wanna hire a car tester!?!?
Haha
Cya...

Happenings this week

Monday:

Had my calculus test.
Discovered that my dad was hospitalised for stroke. Luckily it was a minor one. I was not suppose to know this news btw... Family politics to keep me out... Grrr... Luckily i have my contacts. If not, i don't know how long i'll be kept in the dark...
Watched dvd: 'Paycheck'

Tuesday:

Not much news about my dad.
Watched dvds: 'Saving Private Ryan' and 'Bullet Proof Monk'

Wednesday:

Was told dad's alright, on medication.
Studied for mechanics test. Mugged hard for this as i didn't know many concepts and had to go through everything again.

Thursday:

Had my mechanics test.
Mom called to tell me she's not visiting me in November. She didn't know i knew about dad's condition. Only after i told her i knew what happened to dad, did she start telling what actually happened to dad. She's not coming over as she needs to be by dad's side. Spoke to dad too, as he was discharged. His speech was slurred as the stroke affected his speech. But overall i'm glad he's fine.
Watched anime: 'One Piece' (Second Movie)

Friday:

Decided i'm getting fat, so exercised.
Went to school, blah blah blah.
Watched dvds: 'Thin Red Line' and 'Running on Karma'
(Oh... i think Cecilia Cheung is beautiful, she has beautiful eyes...)
(Don't like the story of Running on Karma' as Cecilia Cheung dies in it...)

Saturday:
Exercised again. But i think i over-did it yesterday. Suffered from muscle soreness and aches.
Tried taking a nap, ended up with headaches instead.
Watched dvd: '古惑仔' Part IV. (Young and dangerous IV)

That's all...

Some stuff

How You Are In Love

You take a while to fall in love with someone. Trust takes time.

You tend to give more than take in relationships.

You tend to get very attached when you're with someone. You want to see your love all the time.

You love your partner unconditionally and don't try to make them change.

You stay in love for a long time, even if you aren't loved back. When you fall, you fall hard.
True...

4 weeks

OMG! Exams are coming!

A total turn off, i'd say

Why can't we take our notes into the exam for reference?
After all, it's just the testing of how we apply our knowledge. Having our notes and referencing to them to do questions is a good idea, is it not??? In the outside world, who doesn't reference to books when they have questions??? Don't tell me the working world is a huge examination centre, where referring to books for queries is an offence as it's cheating? Utter bullshit.

4 weeks till exams.

4 weeks to make preparations.

Alot of area to cover.

Alot of brain cells would be overloaded.

Sianz.

Anyway, there's gonna be 3 weeks break after the exams! Woohoo!!!

But the problem is i don't know what to do...

Double sianz.

I also don't know if i should come back to Singapore in these 3 weeks. If i don't, it's gonna be next june that i come back.

Triple sianz.

Argh... What a messed up life...

Sianz! Sianz! Sianz! Sianz! Sianz! Sianz! Sianz!

PS: I'm gonna use vulgarities for this part.
Start:
I absolutely hate fuckers that post those fucking moronic advertisements on my blog.
Fuck off, i tell ya. If you wanna post, post it on your dick instead. You fucking dickheads.
Stop.

Bored

I'm bored.

I don't feel like doing anything at all.

There are tests next week.

I wanna study but i don't feel like studying.

Sianz.

Boom!

Boom!

Boom!

2 bombs in Bali

30 people dead

More dying for those critically injured

Lives are destroyed

Love ones are lost

People are overwhelmed

The place is in chaos

The Government is angry

Orders a nation-wide search

Clueless and lost

They look where others have gone before

No breaks, no information

They could only wait in vain

Meanwhile

The whole world cries in outrage

In sympathy

But none steps in to hunt down the fanatics

Promises are made to offer more co-operation

All is in vain

All efforts futile

The fanatics are happy

Their work is done

They retreat

Lie low

Waiting

For time is on their hand

It may not be now

But the time to strike will come again

As and when they wish

If only someone were to enlighten these fanatics

If only someone were to prove to them they're wrong

Prove to them they're not martyrs
Prove to them their religion does not condone senseless killings

But it could not be done

Their beliefs are too strong

They believe in senseless killings

Their believe in their leaders

They believe they are martyrs

A new method has to be adopted

An order to shoot to kill?

An order to hunt them like animals?

Or a bounty for each and every fanatic, dead or alive?

Send in the military

Send in the mercenaries

Send in whoever could make the terrorising stop

Our world needs no terrorising

Our world needs no fanatics

What it really needs

Is just some peace and harmony

Some Updates

Hmm... Took a peek into my friendster account.

Got a shock when i looked at 'popular network searches'

Absolute shocker in my opinion. People are actually searching for porn inside friendster?

Wah... Kinda sick to do that right???

Anyway, now friendster has a function that allows you to check who has viewed your profile within the month. I don't think it's such a great idea after all. I can't view the girl of my dreams without her knowing liao... SOB* SOB*

My holiday's are ending! In fact today's the 2nd last day before start of school. Sianz to the power of infinity. So it's infinitely sianz...

Found out something interesting. It seems that different country celebrates Labour Day on different dates. Even within the same country, different states celebrate Labour Day on different days. Singapore's is on 1st May. But Sydney is 3rd October. Perth celebrates it on 7th March. Wow... And i thought labour Day's an event celebrated on the same day world wide.

Hmm... it has been nearly 3 months since i came to Australia. So far, the only thing i miss are barbequed sting rays and fried oyster. The rest eg. char kway teow, chicken rice and roti prata, i can find in Sydney, no worries.
Oh, i forgot to add another thing. I miss the public holidays that Singapore has. I think no country can win Singapore in having the most amount of public holidays, thanks in part to the diverse multi-cultural society we have.

And i've found the best beer ever! Carlton Draught! Yum yum!!! It wins hands down over Hekinen, Tiger and Carlsberg in my opinion. If there's a chance for you to drink it, drink it! Highly recommended by me. You've just gotta try it.
